organizational effectiveness self-assessment and change process. Its five
success principles and four core competency areas enables an individual,
team, and/or an organization/business to improve and align their strategic
and operational processes with key stakeholders, including common purposes,
values and beliefs, goals and ‘action plans’. This orientation is designed
