“I discipline myself each day so that I may put my life in perspective by focusing on nature, the mountains, the sky, the animals and all living things, and to offer thanks to the Creator for the beauty I have before me.”

INSPIRATION AT WORK is designed to be both a structured personal and
organizational effectiveness self-assessment and change process. Its five
success principles and four core competency areas enables an individual,
team, and/or an organization/business to improve and align their strategic
and operational processes with key stakeholders, including common purposes,
values and beliefs, goals and ‘action plans’. This orientation is designed
to enhance the leadership abilities of all individuals/employees at all
levels of your organization.

The process focuses on both organizational and personal core competency
development in four areas:

  1. Self-direction- purpose, vision, values, and strategy setting capabilities
  2. Action planning and implementation
  3. Self-motivation and mental fitness
  4. Relationship building

These are the core competencies of the new entrepreneur.
